Forex Strategies Bearish: We are currently @ 162.63 in a range. If we break the range, we are looking to target the ATR targets/0.382 Fibo @ 161.56. A further target is the S4 @ 161.26. Watch for a bounce there. The pair should prove it out when the market opens. It’s Daily ATR is 184 pips, and its 90-day average is 173 Pips a day. My Analysis says the USDX is currently down.
